Cancellations, postponements, or changes requested by the client are subject to cancellation policies stipulated in the agreed proposal or contract.
Dayo reserves the right to charge applicable fees for cancellations, rescheduling, or last-minute changes, especially where third-party suppliers or venues are involved.
Third-Party Venues and Suppliers
Dayo may coordinate with third-party venues, facilitators, accommodations, transport providers, and suppliers to fulfill services. While we exercise due diligence in selecting partners, Dayo shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures attributable to third parties beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Dayo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
Dayo shall not be responsible for losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
